ABOUT

THE WANDERING VOICE

The Wandering Voice is a social enterprise based in Hong Kong, dedicated to promote employability, competitiveness and upward mobility of marginalized communities, especially vulnerable youth by innovative programs and media. We also also publish media content which humanizes the depiction of the these communities - the 10%.

Approximately 1 out of every 10 people in Hong Kong is either an ethnic minority, migrant worker or refugee. Due to various reasons including segregation and social misunderstandings, there is a lack of trust and opportunity for this 10%. We want to create a systematic change to this cycle - using media and immersive programs to bring people together. It is our goal to help bring about universal access to things like upward mobility and social inclusion by bringing about a change in social structures and maximising social initiatives.

Over 600 people have benefited from our Social Awareness Programs
